GOALS (Greater Orange Literacy Services) is a volunteer-based organization that is focused on offering literacy services to all residents of the community. The ability to read, write and understand is paramount in navigating our ever-changing world and GOALS exists to ensure all local citizens aged 16 and up have access to the necessary resources to achieve their personal GOALS.
