The mission of the Orange County Special Angels Rodeo shall be to promote, organize, and produce a fully adaptive rodeo and western heritage event specifically for any person with special needs. The rodeo and events shall be conducted by members and volunteers in a loving, Christian manner that promotes safety, fun and positive encouragement for all involved.
