The mission of The Professional Football Capital of the World Museum Foundation is to honor and preserve the names, deeds, and records of those, past and present, who have obtained professional football status, brought lasting fame and honor to Beaumont and the Golden Triangle Community.

Volunteer Opportunities

• VOLUNTEER POSITIONS NEEDED for the Pro Football Capital Weekend & Gala • July 11, 2026
• Core Leadership Roles (10-15 hrs/week, Jan-July)
• Sponsorship Lead Contact businesses, build corporate partnerships, track fundraising pipeline. Goal: $75K+ by May
• Alumni Relations Contact NFL players, coordinate confirmations, manage travel logistics. Goal: 25+ alumni by May
• Community Outreach Present to local groups, coordinate group ticket sales, build partnerships. Goal: 150+ tickets, 10+ partners
• Event Logistics Coordinate venues, manage vendors, oversee registration, organize event day volunteers. Heavier hours May-July
• Support Roles (3-5 hrs/week)
• Marketing Support Create content, manage social media, take event photos
• Admin Support Update databases, manage communications, coordinate meetings
• Research Assistant Research contacts, make initial outreach calls, support multiple teams
• Event Day Volunteers (July 11 only)
• Registration (6-8) Check-in, badge distribution, information desk (4-6 hours)
• Setup/Breakdown (10-12) Signage, decorations, equipment setup (3-4 hours)
• Photography (3-4) Document event, capture moments, group photos (6-8 hours)
• Hospitality (8-10) Guest assistance, VIP coordination, special needs (6-8 hours)
