KENNY LANGE, Keynote Speaker

With over 30 years of experience in technology, leadership, and education, Fay brings a powerful perspective on team dynamics and organizational success. As the longtime Director of IT for the City of Port Arthur, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, and a dynamic DISC Behavior Analysis Consultant, Fay is known for transforming teams and enhancing communication in both public and private sectors.

She’s also a seasoned educator, corporate trainer, and speaker with extensive experience presenting to local government leaders, nonprofits, and professional organizations. Whether in the classroom, at the podium, or in a workshop, Fay delivers practical insights that help leaders break down silos and build high-performing teams.

Patricia Glass is a sought-after speaker and seasoned nonprofit expert with certifications in Nonprofit and Advanced Nonprofit Management from UT Tyler. As the founder of Flourish, she has led countless workshops on fundraising, leadership, and organizational sustainability, and has presented at major events including the East Texas Nonprofit Summit and United Way.

Michelle Kenyon, with over 18 years of experience in education, ministry, and nonprofit work, brings a deep understanding of community needs and agency development. At Flourish, she champions capacity building and support for nonprofits, enriching both the local landscape and the lives of those they serve.

With over 20 years of experience and millions in secured funding, Allison Boyd, GPC, is a nationally recognized grant strategist and the powerhouse behind Boyd Grants. Her practical, results-driven approach has helped nonprofits, municipalities, and institutions across the country transform their funding strategies and operational capacity.

Her experiences as a board member and nonprofit executive inspired the creation of BetterUnite.
