Court Appointed Special Advocates of Southeast Texas, Inc. (CASA) is a non-profit service organization that recruits, trains, and supervises a diverse group of community volunteers, appointed by the Courts, to advocate for abused & neglected children in the pursuit of safe, permanent homes.
